By accessing and using RestorAI services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Service Description
RestorAI provides AI-powered photo enhancement services including but not limited to:
- Photo restoration and repair
- Image enhancement and quality improvement
- Face enhancement and beautification
- Background enhancement and noise reduction
- Image upscaling and enlargement
3. User Accounts
To use our services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for:
- Illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Violating intellectual property rights
- Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior
- Spam, fraud, or malicious activities
- Attempting to reverse engineer our AI models
5. Intellectual Property

RestorAI and its AI technology remain the property of the company. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works of our service without permission.
6. Payment and Refunds
Credit packages and payment terms:
- Credits are purchased in advance and do not expire
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Refunds may be available within 7 days if less than 25% of credits are used
- Free trial credits are provided for new users
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect service availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
RestorAI is provided "as-is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of our service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruption, or quality of enhancement results.
9. Privacy

10. Changes to Terms
